<h4>Have you a time in your life when you needed a friend in a desperate way and there&#8217;s none to be found?  I understand,  me too.  Helping others is no guarantee  that help will be there for you when you need it.  That&#8217;s why life coaching yourself  from within is of utmost importance.  Even if there is another around, not always does a &#8220;word fitly spoken&#8221;  happen.  No one knows the inner concerns of your heart.  How could they?  Not to mention it would seem way too much weight to put on a friend.  Only God knows the thoughts and intents of the heart and He is the only one that knows the answers in true totality.  So here&#8217;s some key points to keep in mind when needing a helping word of advice.  Get your self  in a quiet peaceful place. Become humble to accept help.  Be meek to receive direction from the heavenly Father who knows how to handle all things for the best outcome for you and your surrounding life concerns.  Then ask.  Be specific. Stick to the subject that you need direction with.  Write down points that matter in regards to your need for understanding.  The more specific you are the clearer your answers will be and the less room for error.  Think of it like using a bow and arrow.  The mechanics of lifting and holding up the weight of the bow, which is in of itself can be challenging because they can sometimes weigh as much as 20-40 pounds, drawing back the arrow with the pull and the resistance of the string of the bow you stabilize the arrow so that there&#8217;s no wobbling all the while focusing on the target. Not getting distracted from noises or peripheral movement which can cause a miss of the target you close one eye to have single vision and let go.  It&#8217;s a miss.  Do you stop there?   No, you go for another arrow only to go through the same process again and again to hit the target you are aiming at.  Over and over you do this till hitting the target is the only vision you have.  This is much like life coaching from within.  You are the only one shooting for the target of the success you wish to accomplish.  The only one who knows you best is your Creator.  He has chosen to father you through this life.  Your victory is His victory.  I can just hear Him saying now, &#8220; bulls eye&#8221; , &#8220;good job&#8221; , &#8220;well done&#8221;.  So pick up that pen and paper or peck that keyboard and define the target your aiming for and release the &#8220;arrow&#8221; of focuse  to hit the mark your aiming for.  &#8220;Peace on earth and good will toward man&#8221; is still the message echoing in the heavens sent from God above.</h4>

Love yourself no matter what happens. Embrace weaknesses and dislikes along with your strengths and likes. The confidence and self esteem you will build by loving yourself will bring more love unconditionally into your life and you will reap the rewards of a brighter outlook.<br />
When we create harmony in our minds and hearts, we will find it in our lives. The inner creates the outer always.  It is safe to look within. We are often frightened to look within  because we think we will find this terrible being.  In spite of what might have been told to us what we will find is a beautiful child that longs for our love.  As you move through the  layers of other peoples opinions and beliefs you see deep within  yourself a magnificent being, wise and beautiful.  Love what you see within.  Then experience love wherever you go. What we give out returns to us multiple and folded over.  The best way to get love is to give love.  When you are giving you create harmony for you and the world.</h4>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4>How important is it to take a deep breathe every now and then.  Well read for yourself. The intake of oxygen increases  lung expansion.  Physiology tells us that the human body is a very inefficient respiratory device.  We are often “out” of oxygen.  An example of a running, suppose you ran 100 yards in 12 seconds, that’s a sprint, to do this much work you need 6 liters of oxygen for muscular contractions.  This is about 6 quart containers of just oxygen.  Reference books state that most of us can take in only 0.8 liters in 12 seconds.  The difference of 5.2 liters is called oxygen debt.  What the body does to “repay” this “debt” is to relax and breathe.  To eliminate trauma in the body we must relax and breathe. In  body-mind trauma the respiratory experiences stress.  Breathing is crucial to life.  Natural, full breathing brings inspiration.  Lack of breathing brings despair, discouragement, depression, melancholy and sadness.  The mechanics of respiration are precise. Here is a description of proper breathing and the body psychology.</h4>
<h4>The primary muscle for breathing is the diaphragm.  To inhale the diaphragm is pulled down from its relaxed domed shape in the bottom of the ribcage.  As it flattens it pulls on the ribcage and causes a change in volume inside the ribcage.  This creates an air pressure change and vacuum.  The vacuum sucks air in from the outside to equalize the inner and outer pressure.  The more change in volume of the ribcage the more breath will be drawn in.  This means the greater the movement and opening of the ribcage the more air can be drawn in.    When breath cannot get into the lower belly there is a tendency to be over emotional.  It is as if the emotions cannot be grounded and they stay up in the chest cavity to reverberate and intensify.  By breathing deep our energy is balanced and thus our emotions.  Stress is released by effective breathing and will balance out excessive mental energy.  In spiritual practices it is said that there are two wings to the bird that takes us on the journey from delusion to Truth.  One wing is the Grace of God; the other is self-effort.  Willingness is said to be the key.  God is always there. Love is always there.  We just need to be willing to receive. The breathe is the life force that creates and sustains our physical and subtle aspects.</h4>
<h4>The easiest way to connect with truth and avoid delusions of the mind is through the breath. So take a deep inhale in and receive the consciousness of the breath.  </h4>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4>Why Do People Get Depressed? There is no single cause for depression. Many factors play a role including genetics, environment, life events, medical conditions, and the way people react to things that happen in their lives.</h4>
<h4>More than 200,000 Americans experience some form of depression 3 days out of every month. Women and teenagers are more likely to experience these symptoms and underweight women even more likely.</h4>
<h4>Individuals in today&#8217;s society are inundated by environmental noise from all sides &#8211; noise that clouds out their goals, desires, and strengths.  Self-awareness about who you are and why you make the decisions you make is the single most important path to happiness you can find.</h4>
<h4>Negative self-talk is a rat in your internal thinking. The rat sneaks onto  your thought pattern confusing your senses and sending a false sense of satisfaction to your brain, strengthening with each nibble. The key to stopping negative self-talk, is to catch the rat before it reaches the &#8220;I believe therfore I am&#8221; place.<br />
Fear limits your personal growth and distracts you from achieving success. It draws upon your most frightening and humiliating experiences and creates illusions of your future based on those experiences. These illusions will only stunt your growth. To avoid them, recognize your fear and overcome it.</h4>
<h4>No focus, self confidence, and lacking self awareness are just symptoms of depression.  Feeling that life Has no purpose and  going through the motions.<br />
Depression causes physical symptoms (things like headaches or other stress-related problems) .</h4>
<h4>Five ways to start your healing of depression:</h4>
<h4>Exercise &#8211; Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day<br />
Nurture yourself with good nutrition.   Depression does affect appetite.<br />
Identify troubles.  Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression.<br />
Express yourself. With depression, a person&#8217;s creativity and sense of fun may seem hindered.<br />
Look on the bright side. Depression can make everything seem negative and hopeless.</h4>
<h4>Consider your strengths, gifts, and blessings. Most of all, don&#8217;t forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal.</h4>
<h3>Remember there&#8217;s no one like you. You are special since time begain there&#8217;s never been one such as you are.  The way you walk the way you talk.  The colors only you see in the life around you.  You are special.</h3>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4>One of the best ways to understand emotions is to think of it just as the word itself describes….e…motions.   Connect it with the thought of “energy in motion”.  It is an energy that rises and then subsides. Another understanding is, our emotions are indicators of our connection to the purity of the thought process of information stored on our subconscious mind. Positive emotions like peace, love, joy, enthusiasm, contentment, and compassion are emotions in action.  Then there is doubt, fear, guilt, anxiety, and anger, these are considered negatives in action. Emotions give us information to help us correct the problem.   They help put things back into working order the balance needed to help reconnect to a flow of energy in motion that keeps unity in our bodies. Unity in our body, mind and spirit is the ultimate goal in order to achieve peace in this life.  Negative emotions become somewhat like a warning indicator that gives us information to help correct the problem. Identify the emotion that is coming up from an experience and sort through the thought process of how that emotion arose up and there you would have done as is said “a check up from the neck up”.   Our conscience mind is where we process our short term memory thoughts, our will power, analitical and rational thinking.  However our subconscious mind is where emotions, values, belief, habits, long term memory and thoughts of the physical body are stored. It&#8217;s said we only use 10% of our brain so guess what&#8217;s going on in the other 90%?  You got it subconscious thinking.   </h4>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4>What exactly is giving thanks about?  Past experiences lead us to recollect things that have brought us good times, but I ask my self, is this all?  What if our past has not been so great, what then?  Well, one good thing, if you’re reading this post your not “six feet under”.  The very essence of having life is a reason to give thanks.  In giving thanks we create a vibration of sounds that affect our body and the brain to cause a trigger of chemical response and releases peptides that create health in the body.  How’s that for a dose of the good life.  Sometimes “a little dose will do ya” to get to the next place of goodness life has to give. </h4>
<h4>No turkey for me this year,  you see my two most things I am thankful for just left and I wont see them on this Thanksgiving holiday but in my heart, oh yes, in my heart they will be closer than my very breathe.  I will sit and recollect their sweet smiles saying “I love you mom”, the little jiggy dances they do in the middle of trying to get them ready for school, and their exploring little faces that make my day new and sweet every day of the year.  I don’t need to get “caught up” on the things I’m thankful for because it’s in each and every day I’m thankful for my sweet Ben and Max.  Yes, sometime things of the past catch up with you, and can cast a shadow of doubt, but with a thankful heart &#8220;all is well&#8221;. </h4>
<h4>In the “First Thanksgiving Proclamation” given by George Washington on Oct. 3, 1789 it reads…..</h4>
<h4>“Whereas it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and to humbly implore His protection and favor and whereas both house of Congress have by their joint committee requested me to recommend to the people of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts, the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety an happiness.</h4>
<h4>Now, therefore, I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the people of these states to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent author of all the good that was, that is or will be… And also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the Great Lord and Ruler of nations and beseech Him to pardon our national and other transgressions….To protect and guide all sovereigns and nations – to promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and us – and generally to grant unto all mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as He alone knows to be best.”</h4>
<h4>This standard alone is reason to be thankful.</h4>

<h4> 2. Learn from the past; don’t beat yourself up about it.  Instead learn from it for next time. Events can and do resurface.</h4>
<h4> 3. Are you prepared for situations? Are you prepared enough to meet any challenge that may come up? Are you prepared for that meeting, that presentation, that job interview, when you meet someone for the first time? If not, get to it. If you fail to plan you DO plan, only it’s to fail.  You deserve better.  Get busy planning your success.</h4>
<h4> 4. Play to your strengths. Know what you are good at and expose yourself to these opportunities at every opportunity – because you’re good at it, you’ll enjoy it and have more confidence. Focus more on your long suites and the short comings matter less.</h4>
<h4> 5. Be positive. Look on the “can do” side of things rather than the “can’t do”. You’ve accomplished lots in your life and you will accomplish lots more in the future.  It&#8217;s said there&#8217;s no &#8220;I&#8221; in team but there is in WIN.  Have a winning spirit and keep a &#8220;can do attitude.</h4>
<h4> 6. Be in charge of your thoughts at all times. What is a thought? It’s just a question that you’ve asked yourself and the thought is you’re answer. If you’re thinking negative thoughts, you’re probably asking a negative question. Change the questions to be  positive.</h4>
<h4> 7. Whenever you feel a negative thought coming, STOP, THINK, and say “is this really important in the grand scheme of things?”  Feelings come and go but thoughts establish our actions. Be aggressive about controlling the thought patterns you have each day.</h4>
<h4> 8. At the end of each day list your achievements and successes throughout that day. </h4>
<h4> 9. Emotion is created by motion. Make sure you move around consistently. This creates energy and gets the blood pumping around you body – it makes you feel better and more confident.</h4>
<h4> 10. And finally – You only live once, so any time that you are down just ask yourself “in 10 or 20 years time – will what I am worrying about really matter?”.</h4>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h4>How many times have you started a diet, a new way of thinking, or tried something new and then a setback occurs and you just go back to the way you were?  Don’t worry, you are not the only one!  Setbacks and difficulties occur all of the time – they are a natural activity of life.</h4>
<h4>There are two ways of facing difficulties.  You either change or alter the difficulty or you can alter yourself to be able to deal with it.  Deal with difficulties correctly and it will enhance your confidence, deal with them incorrectly and they can do some serious damage to your self worth.</h4>
<h4>When you are faced with any setback your ability to deal with it can be turned around into a position of strength by asking yourself positive empowering questions.</h4>
<h4>What new empowering questions could you ask yourself to give some better answers?</h4>
<h4>Write these down now and make them a habit.</h4>
