As I was talking to a friend the other day I was reminded of a term I had long forgotten. BAGGAGE. He was sharing things with me about his past experiences so I chimed in and thought to ease his mind I would share some things of my past to help him to know he’s not the only one to have endured tough times. Much to my surprise after my long winded sentence he says “that’s a lot of baggage”. I was a little taken back by this, I hadn’t thought of my past as baggage in a long time. Oddly enough I use to think about this term often. We were all born into this world with some sort of a family history that includes disappointments, hurts and just down right pain from times past that started with “their” families before we ever arrived on the scene of this big wide world. Let’s face it what family doesn’t have some sort of baggage claim ticket that is still in the pocket of an old pair of torn up jeans somewhere stashed away after a bad trip taken long ago? To be quiet honest, I had forgotten about the term “baggage” long ago because of my “life journey” that I’ve been on to clean up and clear out the clutter of useless ill emotions. It seemed like a never ending wash load of dirty laundry of “stuff”. Then I came across the proverb “physician, heal thyself”. I took this as my mission statement and ran with it. I began to realize baggage is not a bad thing but the things we stuff in them will determine what we put on daily in this journey of life. Being a visual person like I am, I got to thinking about the word baggage and how we often use the term now to describe baggage as luggage. You know, Gucci or Louis Vuitton? Then, there are different sizes and styles like carry on, tote, hang up and cosmetic, all to carry our “stuff” in on our journey to here and there. How neat or sloppy we pack will determine how easy things can be used when we arrive at our destination.
Baggage is not a bad thing, it can even define you. Ever seen at an airport a pink luggage with a mermaid on it and just know that it more than likely belongs to a sweet little girl and look around to see where she is? It’s what we carry around in our baggage that can weigh us down. Imagine if you carried around a bunch of heavy rocks and sticks. Gee what a great wardrobe that would make. But how bout if you filled it with you favorite perfect outfit just for the kind of journey you are on. We all have “stuff” that we cloth ourselves with. Make sure it’s the stuff that last and benefits the journey you are on. Things that are best worn in the heart and on the face are the best wardrobe to be adorned with. Like kindness, patience, giving, love and virtue.
That’s why as a life coach judging another is not my job to do. Heck most of what we deal with that holds us back we were born into. Rather my focus is to help direct you toward the goals you want to be successful at and to provide objectives within choices and paths that are available for your particular journey.
“Happy Trails To You Until We Meet Again”

I’ve been doing massage now for almost 20 years and believe it or not it never gets old for me. I think it’s because each and every time someone lays on my table it’s for a different reason. Some need deep tissue work, some need to relax and others just need to download their emotions, so as to let go of the stress that life puts on them. I have to say for me when I get a massage it’s about the commitment to my life. When I get a massage I become more and more committed to the life I want to live. Vibrate, healthy, connected and healed. Healing of course comes from God for it was in His making us that He designed the body to heal itself. So it’s in those times that I get a massage I go over in my mind the things I’m thankful for reguarding my body, soul, mind and spirit. Before I know it the hour and half is up. Afterwards I am so renewed, refreshed and committed to life that I can hardly wait to get started on the inspiration that came to me while taking time to give thanks and be still for a while. I could go on to say how drinking water is important after having a massage or how using trigger point therapy releases muscle tension, but because we make decisions based on how we feel. I thought I would share on how a massage makes me feel. “Cleansed” would be a one word description I think best describes it for me. Out with the old and in with the new. Like lifting the “bad” energies off and being refreshed with the new direction of a thankful heart. I coined a saying years ago “the eyes are the window to the soul and the skin is the door into the home of the heart”. So if you just a little sluggish on your thoughts and directions for the day, I encourage you seek time out for yourself to be renewed by getting a massage. Peace.

Ya know, I get sad sometimes. It’s the ying that puts a yang to life, ya know. It’s said we would not know goodness in life if we didn’t know the bad. So in times of grief, I enjoy that I can actually can FEEL real thoughts of past emotions that include grief. Some folks are so numb to feelings that saddness is a sign of weakness. In times of saddness I’ve found myself able to remember and say “thank you “. In times like this I try to remember what happiness I’ve been brought around to by going through tough sad times. By doing so I am able to enjoy the here and now. My encouragement to you today my dear reader is to seek thankfulness. When you think on the past say “thank you”. For those times remembered and for those times lost say, thank you. For it’s in those times that it took the strength to get through what you were going through, you were made the strong powerful person you and I are today. Any negitive that may come to the mind about past things or lost time that the mind may bring up, say “thank you” and see that it was in those times you became the you, you are today and let’s face it you are great. You are the one who wears a four leaf clover on the chest and is able to say, ” I am lucky, lucky, lucky”. There’s no one like you and me. Today we are alive and we have life. It sure beats six feet under, huh? Stay sweet, keep the heart beat and continue to compete. PEACE
PS… This is dedicated in remembrance of my big brother “Bubba”. I miss you.

How important is it to take a deep breathe every now and then. Well read for yourself. The intake of oxygen increases lung expansion. Physiology tells us that the human body is a very inefficient respiratory device. We are often “out” of oxygen. An example of a running. Suppose you ran 100 yards in 12 seconds. That’s a sprint. To do this much work you need 6 liters of oxygen for muscular contractions. This is about 6 quart containers of just oxygen. Reference books state that most of us can take in only 0.8 liters in 12 seconds. The difference of 5.2 liters is called oxygen debt. What the body does to “repay” this “debt” is to relax and breathe. To eliminate trauma in the body we must relax and breathe. In body-mind trauma the respiratory experiences stress. Breathing is crucial to life. Natural, full breathing brings inspiration. Lack of breathing brings despair, discouragement, depression, melancholy and sadness. The mechanics of respiration are precise. Here is a description of proper breathing and the body psychology.
The primary muscle for breathing is the diaphragm. To inhale the diaphragm is pulled down from its relaxed domed shape in the bottom of the ribcage. As it flattens it pulls on the ribcage and causes a change in volume inside the ribcage. This creates an air pressure change and vacuum. The vacuum sucks air in from the outside to equalize the inner and outer pressure. The more change in volume of the ribcage the more breath will be drawn in. This means the greater the movement and opening of the ribcage the more air can be drawn in. When breath cannot get into the lower belly there is a tendency to be over emotional. It is as if the emotions cannot be grounded and they stay up in the chest cavity to reverberate and intensify. By breathing deep our energy is balanced and thus our emotions. Stress is released by effective breathing and will balance out excessive mental energy. In spiritual practices it is said that there are two wings to the bird that takes us on the journey from delusion to Truth. One wing is the Grace of God; the other is self-effort. Willingness is said to be the key. God is always there. Love is always there. We just need to be willing to receive. The breathe is the life force that creates and sustains our physical and subtle aspects.
The easiest way to connect with truth and avoid delusions of the mind is through the breath. So take a deep inhale in and receive the consciousness of the breath.

How to GET MOTIVATED?
Is there something that you wish to change in your life? It requires some confidence to do that.
To GET MOTIVATED you need something to GET MOTIVATED about!
If you don’t, then you are UNMOTIVATED to do it!!
It is something that will, as the title says, get you up early and keep you up late at night?
That time is here again. You have to dream now.
So dream on….. Big dreams… Little dreams…whatever it is. Don’t stop yourself!
Let there be no limits to your thinking.
A goal is something that can be defined to the tiniest detail. Once you have identified a goal and decide why you want to achieve it, the next step is to define it.
Having established what your goal is and defined it in detail, the next step is to plan and break down into steps the path to attaining the goal.
Remember, any goal can be achieved. It is in your hands to make the task a lot simpler by breaking the goal into a lot of sub-goals.
This method of breaking down a big goal into several small goals is called stair-stepping or chunking. It gives you the benefit of enjoying many small successes in the course of pursuing your final goal, rather than waiting to reach the main goal in the end.
Success breeds success, they say. Be on the safer side. Set goals that you can achieve. This way you get the habit of succeeding as you attain each goal.
It boosts your confidence and helps you attain further goals.
The more measurable and realistic the goals are, the simpler it becomes to correct yourself incase you go off-track.

Life is so short that you cannot wait for your wishes to be fulfilled. Neither is it generous enough for you to take everything for granted. However, it is possible to design your life in a way you can go out and grab whatever you want. First of all, you need to have a clear picture of where you are at right now. Then realize what it is that you truly want from life. Develop a clear understanding of what you need and what you do not.
Everyone is evaluated on the basis of his or her successes. However, success does not mean the same thing to everyone.
Everyone wants to be a success in his or her life. People consider material success as the key to more money, happiness, fulfilment and rewards. Regardless of how differently people perceive it, everyone wants it.
Different people define success differently. And they tend to change their definition with changing times and circumstances as well. For some people, conventional success is more important and it seldom goes beyond money, cars or big homes.
You must have your own definition for success. However, you don’t have to be dogmatic about this. You can change your definition of success and put it closer to reality. Before that you need to comprehend what success actually means to you.
A person defines success on the basis of a number of factors. And you are no exception.
Your definition of success is formed by:
Your upbringing
Everyone perceives things on the basis of the values he or she has learned in the childhood.
Your beliefs
Beliefs, deep-rooted in your mind, affect the way you perceive things.
Trait
A particular characteristic that distinguishes you or that is genetically determined may influence the way you perceive things.
Your attitude
Everyone has an opinion or general feeling about everything.
Your peers
You family, friends, colleagues or whoever you maintain a constant contact with can influence the way you perceive things.
Society
It is an important factor that has more influence than many of the rest. Every experience that you have in life
Small or big, each and every experience in your life influences the way you perceive things.
All the factors mentioned above, more or less, contribute to what success means to you.
Creating a vision and a mission statement of what you want out of life will provide you with some direction and momentum to move forward. It can act as a catalyst in accomplishing your task.

Raising twin boys who are eleven years old is like living with mountain lions. Territorial, independent and wish to left alone. They don’t like sharing their den or their hunting grounds. Being left alone and non-confrontational best suites their lifestyle. When confronted or agitated they take a crouched position, put their ears back and get ready to pounce. That’s when I have to remind them I am ‘momma cougar’ and things have to be done each day for their survival and to grow into fine young men. “ Now get up and get ready for school”. Love Ya.

For years I thought of fear as “false evidence appearing real” but recently I learned an even greater explanation of fear and thru this understanding I have been able to address the real culprit of fears in my life that I think might be helpful to you as well.
Fear is a symptom of a wounded heart. That’s right, a WOUNDED heart. In areas where we are wounded we manifest fear. Did you know that a baby is born with two fears, fear of falling and fear of loud noises? All other fears are learned. When I think of a wound on the body I think of things that have can hurt in ways that leave scars. Like a scrap on the knee, a cut from a knife or maybe a gunshot wound. Because the body is made to heal itself with the right action taken those wounds heal. The same is true when emotional wounds happen, our mind seeks to heal itself. Unfortunately we don’t always have the healing thoughts needed because of lack of understanding of how to heal emotional wounds. Have you ever heard the phrase “there is no reality, only perceptions”? So our response can be that of our perception to ‘fight or flight’ or better yet said defensiveness or avoidance and fear. When a wound happens to the body its natural response is to create scare tissue so as to connect the body back together. Scare tissue is unlike muscle tissue which is pliable and moves in the direction of the ‘muscle movement’. Scar tissue heals in every direction it can to connect tissue together. It is a very hard and fibrous like tissue. By massaging the area in a cross-friction movement the scare tissue will soften and break down allowing better movement to the muscle. When we actively seek to heal by addressing our fears that have caused a wounded heart we make a choice in our thought pattern to heal that which has wounded us. Think of it like cross-friction movement in the mind. At first it will seem hard and uncertain with thoughts going in every direction but by addressing the fear that grips the heart, change of thought, will heal the heart to live above the fear. The end result will be that of a healthy heartfelt life. That of your own choosing and not that of a fear base thinking.

What goals are you longing to achieve in your life right now?
To set a goal is to establish a specific objective for a desired outcome. A goal is a personal target of success you wish to achieve within a time frame considered. It helps you to have the encouragement to move toward a direction of interest for the best outcome of the feat you choose to accomplish. I’ve set many goals over decades of years and it is so satisfying to see the success of daily routines that keep me on the “mark” of things I wish to have happen in my life. One goal in specific is to be debt free. This was not an easy goal to go after. Life seems to keep you in a dark tunnel of debt because of its on going demands. By trimming my daily expectations of what I think a day should bring, like new furniture, new car, new shoes and that favorite desert, I began to curb my appetite for things that took away from my desired goal of being debt free. The more I daily worked this thought into a pattern the more satisfying and free my life became. Being free is a choice that is a privilege we all take for granted until we loose it. By pursuing a debt free lifestyle I have so much more freedom than I ever did than when I was out spending, thinking I was getting things that I thought was “freeing” me. So, you see setting goals can free you up in ways that bring unspeakable joys in life. I encourage you to set a goal today and stick to it till you see the desired outcome you wish.

Have you a time in your life when you needed a friend in a desperate way and there’s none to be found? I understand. Me too. Helping others is no guarantee that help will be there for you when you need it. That’s why life coaching yourself from within is of utmost importance. Even if there is another around, not always does a “word fitly spoken” happen. No one knows the inner concerns of your heart. How could they? Not to mention it would seem way too much weight to put on a friend. Only God knows the thoughts and intents of the heart and He is the only one that knows the answers in true totality. So here’s some key points to keep in mind when needing a helping word of advice. Get your self in a quiet peaceful place. Become humble to accept help. Be meek to receive direction from the heavenly Father who knows how to handle all things for the best outcome for you and your surrounding life concerns. Then ask. Be specific. Stick to the subject that you need direction with. Write down points that matter in regards to your need for understanding. The more specific you are the clearer your answers will be and the less room for error. Think of it like using a bow and arrow. The mechanics of lifting and holding up the weight of the bow, which is in of itself can be challenging because they can sometimes weigh as much as 20-40 pounds, drawing back the arrow with the pull and the resistance of the string of the bow you stabilize the arrow so that there’s no wobbling all the while focusing on the target, not getting distracted from noises or peripheral movement which can cause a miss of the target you close one eye to have single vision, you let go. It’s a miss. Do you stop there? No, you go for another arrow only to go through the same process again and again to hit the target you are aiming at. Over and over you do this till hitting the target is the only vision you have. This is much like life coaching from within. You are the only one shooting for the target of the success you wish to accomplish. The only one who knows you best is your Creator. He has chosen to father you through this life. Your victory is His victory. I can just hear Him saying now, “ bulls eye” “good job” ”well done”. So pick up that pen and paper or peck that keyboard and define the target your aiming for and release the “arrow” of focuse to hit the mark your aiming for. “Peace on earth and good will toward man” is still the message echoing in the heavens sent from God above.

Have you ever noticed that walking is just taking one step ahead of another to keep yourself from falling? I sure have. If I am just standing in one place it can get tiresome and become boring. Being on the move helps me to discover other things to see and do. When you are on the move by taking one step in front of another even the colors of the rainbow after a rain become brighter, family and friends become closer, goals are easier to accomplish and change is inevitable. To sit or lay down is easy but how boring the same ‘o, same ‘o can be. Sure we all need rest but even in a restful state of mind we can put our visual expectation to work for us in order to achieve direction.
Fear of failure keeps us from taking the next step toward the direction we want to move towards. A lion has no fear in the jungle that’s why he’s called the “king of the jungle”. In order to catch his prey he roars loudly to cause his prey to seize up in fear and stop what it’s doing thus losing his momentum toward the direction he was going. Shake off the roars of life daily by setting for yourself goals to accomplish. Take daily steps to free yourself from the roar that life brings and move ahead to the success you desire.

Each person is a rare gem with unique talents and abilities. We limit ourselves when we try to be like someone else, rejoice in your uniqueness. There is no competition and no comparison for we are all different, and meant to be that way.
Love yourself no matter what happens. Embrace weaknesses and dislikes along with your strengths and likes. The confidence and self esteem you will build by loving yourself will bring more love unconditionally into your life and you will reap the rewards of a brighter outlook.
When we create harmony in our minds and hearts, we will find it in our lives. The inner creates the outer always. It is safe to look within. We are often frightened to look within because we think we will find this terrible being. In spite of what might have been told to us what we will find is a beautiful child that longs for our love. As you move through the layers of other peoples opinions and beliefs you see deep within yourself a magnificent being, wise and beautiful. Love what you see within. Then experience love wherever you go. What we give out returns to us multiple and folded over. The best way to get love is to give love. When you are giving you create harmony for you and the world.

Difficulty works………When things are difficult change happens. Our emotions seek to provide survival techniques. Protection is what every child sense when born. God bless the children who are born in third world countries. What about the children who are born with so called “freedom”? They become the voices that aren’t heard. They “should” have the great free life. No “excuses” to succeed. Yet the silent abuse is “they” aren’t heard. Faith to live is the strength of their cry. Hope to heal propels their dreams. Love to help energizes life each day. These are those who are the backbone of humanity. Difficulty works for those who believe all things are possible, no matter what part of the world your in. Plowing a garden is not easy and can be very costly but the results are fruitful.

Title: I am just a wandering Indian…..tribe talk….
Recently I read Seth Godins book called “Tribes” and it made me want to do a chant and dance around the fire singing “rise and shine” all you tribe leaders. This little powerhouse book took only a few hours to read and take notes. It’s friendly, informative, minimal reading, and funny. It points out possibilities of new leadership roles once an idea is discovered within oneself. It encourages all to lead a movement for helpful changings in our world. Thinking about tribes reminded me of the Cheyenne Indians who had an elite tribe within the tribe. They were an elite military organization called “Dog Soldiers”. They were the last line of defense for the people in time of battle and were greatly esteemed. The warriors were endowed with a leather belt or sash that had the colors representing that tribe. The “Dog Soldier” kept with him a sacred arrow and in time of battle he would thrust the sash to the ground with the arrow and stand the ground to the death.
Is there a truth you are willing to stake your life to? What are you standing for in the here and now? An idea can be transmitted once you have it within your self. Find and establish a system, fine tune it, practice it, and don’t deviate from it. Stake yourself to it just as the dog soldiers did. The dreams are not out “there” but rather within you. Stay committed to the talents and gifts you’ve been given.
PS. Here’s my trible cry…. “woooo-woooo-wo-man stand and lead”

Oblique Muscles are Key to Trimming the Waist.
The term OMG is my least favorite computer term used on the Internet but when I saw my waist line had increased, I almost said it. Gee, things really do change when you get older. I got to thinking how can I change the direction of my waist? Instead of “out” how do I pull it “in”? I recall while working with top athletes of runners and football players, the oblique are the quickest muscles in the body to respond to exercise. The oblique are attached to the lower external surface of the ribcage area and the iliac area of the pelvic so when movement happens between the pelvic and the ribs it tightens the pull between the two distances. This is important to have so our gate while walking remains upright and balanced. So I knew it was just a matter of creating a habit in my lifestyle and waa- laa, thinner waist. So here’s the key to an abundant healthy lifestyle habit I’ve discovered. I do my exercises in the shower in the morning or afternoon or both if I have time. A good 15 minutes in the shower while using about 4 minutes of water time is all it takes. Ok, here’s how I do it, feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, hands on waist. First I twist from side to side ever so slowly till I feel resistance. From, left to right and I do this very slowly 15 times. After doing this for about a month or less the gentle natural manipulation of pull on the spine will strengthen the core muscle. Then I will advance on to doing a criss cross punch shoulder height with a fist form, left to right. This will work my Latissamus Dorsi muscles that will balance the posterior pull within my movement. It’s during this time I take time to give thanks for the body. The healthy response of the body will be to pull, tighten and heal. Bring on the beach weather.
P.S. Save water shower with a friend. LOL

Recently I helped a friend work through a very traumatizing experience and it has led me to write about the different stages of healing. We all have experienced trauma in some way or another. For instance a car accident, disease, a slap and let downs can hurt our bodies. On a scientific level energy cannot easily flow through a traumatized area. This resistance causes a build up of electrical energy in the body and the blockages caused by trauma create a resistance within. How we heal from trauma is vitally important to our success in life. We many times attempt to heal by making others the problem or even worst by making life “the problem”. People and events in life can and do physically hurt us. Here is a list of stages for healing that will help move from trauma to triumph.
Stages of Healing
Stage 1 Awareness: Awareness that there is something to be healed, physical, emotional and/or psychological as opposed to being unaware or unconscious. Awareness is like opening a pathway to allow the healing process to begin.
Stage 2 Acceptance: Once we have the awareness of an imbalance in our being, the process of acceptance is started. We can then add our efforts of healing through consciousness.
Stage 3 Examine: This is exploring and the examining all the various layers and dimensions that relate to the issues or pattern being addressed.
Stage 4 Release: This stage many times includes a physical change. A release of emotions and psychological awareness become evident.
Stage 5: Integration: This is the conscious decision to incorporate new insights of healthy thinking into life.
Be committed to accept responsibility in the process of your healing.

One of my favorite movies as a kid was The Wizard of Oz. I saw those ruby shoes on Dorothy’s feet and I wanted a pair just like ‘um. Rubies from toe to heel, a girl could have a great “night out on the town” with a dazzling pair of shoes like that . I was thinking of the ruby shoes because of the wish that Dorothy says while clicking her heels together “there’s no place like home”. Dorothy’s wish reminded me that hopes and dreams were as real as I could believe. During this holiday season in your home take time to hope and dream of “peace on earth and good will toward men” . May we wish to send forth angels and ministering spirits to all the war torn regions of the world. May we give clean water to all those who thirst. May we seek to feed the little children and provide for all their needs. May we live to protect and speak blessings over those we love and to care for the elderly. For truly ”blessed are the peace makers for they shall be called the children of God”. There is “no place like home” so click your heels together and believe big. Because folks, as pictured in The Wizard of Oz, there are “flying monkeys” that are out there looking to swoop up and steal, kill and destroy life.
(Funny thing is I’m not a shoe person. Most of the shoes I have hurt my feet. Barefoot is “how I roll”, as my boys would say).

Habits Build Character
We all start this life as innocent little babies, became students of life then onto teachers of life. As we mature in our discernment of healthy boundaries we respect more of the quality of life that life has to give. Our habits define our character. What cause and effect are you living today? Create harmony easily by naturally inspiring yourself to claim clarity of the possibilities you imagine to discover. Achieve a purpose of generating experiences of awareness by projecting a successful outcome.
What one word can trigger the possibilities you dream of ? “Dreams become a reality to those who believe”. Peace.

We Teach People How To Treat Us
How we treat ourselves is how we allow others to treat us. We have all heard first impression are the most lasting but don’t forget to continue that expectation for the relationship as it grows. To allow any abuse in and around you is like poison injected into the vein of the relationship.
Decide a standard of integrity for yourself and stick to it.
Personally, I love The Ten Commandments. It seems to cover all the bases for how to treat others and how we should expect a code of integrity to be upheld of how others are to treat us.
To qualify a relationship and it’s effect on our lives is to take responsibility for the relationship.
Peace

Glutathione
What is it?
Glutathione is an antioxidant to help protect the body from many diseases. It is also used to treat infertility, cancer, cataracts, and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Glutathione is used to detoxify various chemicals from the body.
Enhancing the Immune System– Your body needs antibody production, and this requires maintenance of normal levels of glutathione inside the lymphocytes.
Antioxidant and Free Radical Scavenger – It also plays a protective role against the damaging effects of free radicals, viruses, pollutants and bacteria,.
Other Antioxidants- Without glutathione, other important antioxidants such as vitamins C and E cannot do their job to protect the body.
Detoxifying Agent- Another major function of glutathione is in the detoxification of foreign chemical compounds such as harmful carcinogens and dangerous metabolites.

Power Words to Create A Great Life Within
By focusing on certain words you create the vibrations and store them in your memory bank to manifest a great life. You stimulate thoughts for success by dwelling on words that trigger the sub-conscience “self” to succeed. Thoughts within of your own experiences come to mind and with practice of these words you can create the success of the outcome . God spoke words and trees grew. Use these words to help yourself grow to achieve your hopes and dreams. Think on the word for 3 seconds then confess a statement about yourself that includes the word provided.
Example: Abundance is everywhere around me.

Sunsets of Joy
Laughter from my new baby boys.
Thankfulness after the relieve of pain.
A ray of hope in the fog of grief.
Cheers to win in pursuit of the finish line.
A dime found in the nick of time.
A tune hummed in wait of true love.
Stars that shoot through the crisp cold night.
A calming hand on a shaking shoulder.
These I remember as the sunsets of joy.

Mantras or simple chants is an ancient science of sound and words filled with energy and intended to generated powerful sound waves that will promote healing, insight, creativity, abundance, harmony, spiritual growth and freedom from all negativity. Words have great power to change our vibrations through their sound. Through vibrations the chakras increase the flow of beneficial energy throughout the body where negative energy is stored. Modern science says that all matter is really energy in movement. It is this movement that creates sound. Therefore all matter has it’s own sound vibration that gives it its own identity. Did you know that the each of the 50 letters in the entire Sanskrit alphabet is a pure vibrational sound called “bija” meaning “seed”? When you repeat a spiritual mantra you have a direct experience with your true self. There are over 70 million mantras that can be used silently or sung out loud. There are two types of mantras, first “chaitanya” used by a spiritual master and second called inert mantra or “jud” in the Sanskrit, which is pure vibration of creation.
Om Namah Shivaya is a mantra that has been handed down through generations and means “I honor my inner self. It is called the great 5 syllable mantra: na, mah, shi, va, ya. Each of these syllables corresponds to one of the 5 bodily elements. I learn so much about love, life and healing when I start my day taking time to set the vibrations of my words in haromony with my intent for the day through peaceful moments.

Audio Music Intervention To Help Heal Addictions.
When you’re addicted, you need help to change: Subliminal persuasion is a powerful way to re-pattern your thoughts and beliefs. Meditation music using subliminal messages using the alpha and theta waves help pave the way to a new you.
Subliminal music therapy helps you to change your sub-conscience from deep within the programing of the mind. As a person thinks so they are. When you’re struggling against addiction, change can seem impossible. But you can change with the help of subliminal music therapy using theta and alpha training programs. Clinical studies reveal that the alpha and theta sound waves and subliminal music therapy training are powerful tools for treating addictions, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and other emotional dysfunctions. Seventy to eighty percent of treated patients are able to give up their addictions with a minimal relapse rate.
Daily use of meditation-centered brain wave programs can help you to overcome addictions to food, alcohol, drugs, nicotine, gambling and sex.
Meditation programs balance the electrical activity in your brain while also releasing pleasure-inducing production of the neuro-chemicals that your body craves, thus reducing anxiety and the desire for substance abuse.
Subliminal music therapy using the alpha and theta waves serve as an anti-depressant in the treatment of alcoholism and drug abuse.”
Audio intervention is my favorite deep meditation for change.

It’s well documented that stress is not just a state of mind; it is a chemical state our bodies enter into with overwhelming challenge. Stress causes blood sugar to rise, digestion to slow down, breathing problems, and depression, to name just a few of the side effects. Prolonged stress compromises the immune system and speeds up aging. Unrelieved stress leads to a huge number of physical conditions, which in a mild form can include tension headaches, skin conditions, and arthritis. Over years, stress contributes to life-threatening illnesses like heart disease.
60% of all doctor visits are stress related. Advanced forms of meditation can stimulate innate capacities that will help us to renegotiate stress more effectively.
It’s sad but true that most people don’t know how to relax: they think that “relaxation” means watching television. Relaxation techniques like meditation have great physical effects. Meditation techniques are now recommended by hospitals for patients suffering from heart conditions, high blood pressure, chronic pain, insomnia – all caused primarily by stress. This is because unrelieved stress places such a strain on the body that it breaks down. Eliminate stress with theta and alpha training stress-release programs.

Why Do People Get Depressed? There is no single cause for depression. Many factors play a role including genetics, environment, life events, medical conditions, and the way people react to things that happen in their lives.
More than 200,000 Americans experience some form of depression 3 days out of every month. Women and teenagers are more likely to experience these symptoms and underweight women even more likely.
Individuals in today’s society are inundated by environmental noise from all sides – noise that clouds out their goals, desires, and strengths. Self-awareness about who you are and why you make the decisions you make is the single most important path to happiness you can find.
Negative self-talk is a rat in your internal thinking. The rat sneaks onto your thought pattern confusing your senses and sending a false sense of satisfaction to your brain, strengthening with each nibble. The key to stopping negative self-talk, is to catch the rat before it reaches the “I believe therfore I am” place.
Fear limits your personal growth and distracts you from achieving success. It draws upon your most frightening and humiliating experiences and creates illusions of your future based on those experiences. These illusions will only stunt your growth. To avoid them, recognize your fear and overcome it.
No focus, self confidence, and lacking self awareness are just symptoms of depression. Feeling that life Has no purpose and going through the motions.
Depression causes physical symptoms (things like headaches or other stress-related problems) .
Five ways to start your healing of depression:
Exercise – Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day
Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression does affect appetite.
Identify troubles. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression.
Express yourself. With depression, a person’s creativity and sense of fun may seem hindered.
Look on the bright side. Depression can make everything seem negative and hopeless.
Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don’t forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal.
